Here is the thread. That's expected behaviour from the current state of the client as it's not compatible with all the games yet.

Galaxy not showing all games is a known issue, as well as others. I suggest reading the first post of this thread, and others from GOG members (in blue) here: http://www.gog.com/forum/general/gog_galaxy_client_closed_alpha?staff=yes
