HypersomniacLive: I'm with bler144 on the "no idea how to strategise for this game", so I'm going to start with the following:

My win condition at game start was "A Werewolf has to die". If the Robber stole my role card, my win condition is still "A Werewolf has to die". Barring any terrible misunderstanding on my part of how the game works, no other way for my win condition to have changed.
No, as I understand it the Troublemaker could swap you with a Werewolf / Tanner etc. and you could have a different win con.
So unless you are claiming Troublemaker you aren't in anyway cleared (for yourself, you're not cleared at all for anyone else).

bler144: You can vote at any time is my understanding, but once cast it can't be changed. So probably best not to rush it.

Sorry, didn't refresh to see this. I was town robber, I didn't visit you. My list of potential targets was Trent, adalia, and Drealmer - and I did select one of them. Admittedly my strat was probably faulty, and i would've been better targeting someone who's harder to read rather than easier.

Anyway, one of those 3 was town villager.

Barring a troublemaker action on me, I am still town villager.
But votes are hidden rather than open too... it's gonna take a bit of getting my head around...

Interesting... well, you didn't choose me then. I was / am a Mason.

bler144: I have no idea how to strategize for this game, so I'll just say that barring a change, I know someone who was definitely town at game start.
How it normally works is that somebody says they know something or claims a role straight off the bat, so given what you've said, you have to be either our seer, our robber, a mason, or just lying.
Considering my own role, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say you're the robber.

So you're the seer then?
I am a moron who does not refresh the thread before replying.

Imma just sit back, wait for claims, and pretend I made a really funny joke about Cheez-Its

Interesting, I was going to say the same thing, given what has been revealed so far, I think we already have a conflict.

Yeah, yeah, if I had been paying attention and not tab surfin', I'd have seen that Bler already claimed robber.
What's the conflict here? You gonna claim seer? 'Cause that is indeed my claim and I'm parkin' on it.
I saw two of the unknown cards, although I'm not sayin' which until I catch my first liar.
And things suddenly get interesting...

cristi? Any response to that?

adaliabooks: And things suddenly get interesting...
Mind if I ask you your role?
Assuming you ain't scared or nothin'.
'Cause if you are, that should make things even MORE interesting!

I've already claimed.

adaliabooks: I've already claimed.
...I really, really need to pay more attention.
This is what I get for diving into the game while having 3 tabs open, listening to music, and trying to clean house and prepare for family. Apologies.

So, anybody wanna claim they're Adalia's wake-up buddy?

Also, I hope y'all don't mind if I go around prodding for roles, but I've played this game a fair amount in real life and it's rather how I'm used to playing it. So don't be weirded out when I do strange crap like this:

lol, nice.

And possible, since I did not visit adalia.
avatar
cristigale: If we have a Troublemaker, they could swap town and werewolf, right?
Yes, but the Troublemaker can't switch their own role card with that of someone else. So, my win condition is still the same.

Wouldn't it be fun if you visited drealmer7...

I don't see the role moron in the list, what does it do asides from what you've already said?
And looks like you need to refresh more often, or read more carefully.

Yes, I'm the seer. So unless I'm reading the rules wrong, you are flat out lying.

"Your role is: Moron
Alignment: Neutral
Night action: Choose from the provided instruments [trumpet/bagpipe/drumkit] and play it as loudly as possible at 3 AM, making it difficult for the village to sleep at night.
Win condition: Annoy as many people as possible."

zeogold: [...]
J'ACCUSE!
I was going to ask "Of what?", but I'm more interested in the accusations cristigale has directed your way.

Not doing a good enough job then.
