Honestly I'm not sure what the dramatics are about... even if mchack does flip town (which I'm finding very unlikely) it's not like it would be the first game where town was lynched day 1. Doesn't in any way mean we will lose.
Most games town gets lynched day 1, and I think the win ratio is still reasonably close to 50 / 50 (if it's not tipped in towns favour).

But anyway, I think we're well on our way to lynching scum which should make victory all the more likely. I believe we just need a hammer?

Totally possible we can still win, but I think the waters are muddied enough now that scum knows who they can recruit and who to avoid and town will lose.

All it really takes is for scum to shoot each other or fail a conversion and their chances of winning drop off dramatically.

Even if it comes down to 1 v 1 v 1 we can win by forcing no lynch and hoping both scum teams shoot each other (though I'm not sure that scenario shouldn't just count as a draw).

No matter what mchack's flip, this game is in no way cut and dried.

He has done nothing but accuse me of being scum since I voted him.

He has been on the defensive trying to push attention on to me, that is all he has done.
Saying we shouldn't lynch flub isn't exactly putting himself out there, it could be expected to be the town response (although in this case I don't believe it is) and I fully believe he chose to tow that line thinking it would make him appear more town.

I know how trentonlf felt, and feels, about his late father, and about having lost loved ones. And I'm more than certain that he'd never make that promise lightly, let alone as scum in a forum mafia game to gain town points.

I certainly didn't mean any offence (to be honest it's late and I only really registered the "I swear I'm town" when I checked the post to see what changed Hypers mind and thought he was joking, I wouldn't have said anything if I'd considered it more)
