I'm actually qualified for this crisis. Put me on it as well and, if I am able to do my job (not blocked or killed!), that is 1 less person I have to choose from to investigate. If all of that wasn't already obvious.

I don't see why anyone would think we can't make progress (try and figure out who to eliminate) during the time that we wait for the event selection and proceedings of that. We can still select who to eliminate/further our discussions. Why are yogsloth and trentonlf so quick to abandon the discussion with the impending event?

I have an idea, let's vote no lynch and see who dies next and what else unfolds! *sarcasm*

So, is it possible/very likely (or what?) that an intruder has an ability to insta-kill any target of their choosing (or some variation thereof) if they are lynched?

Sorry you don't like my playstyle adaliabooks (suffice to say, in future games I'll probably play differently in each game, just to keep everyone on their toes and not be able to start analyzing my style), is there anything I can do to alleviate your suspicions of my claim? Was it that I wasn't fully forthcoming or the oddness of the role/ability, a combination? Part of the reason I'm playing the way I am is because of my role.

No one else finds CarrionCrow's style scummy? I don't find it witty or clever or insightful or anything but intruder-like. I have issue with many of his posts (what there was of them), before our contention, too, and now it has just gone up. I am usually fine with the contention, as it is bound to happen, but he just seems overly defensive, outright offensive, and possibly acting like a tool of some other player telling him what to do at times. I find it very off-putting.

suspects (in no particular order):

flubbucket - seemed very confident in not getting lynched, provided no defense, most play so far seems scummy.

CarrionCrow - stated already

Bookwyrm627- actually found some evidence to suggest town, so, has gone down a bit on my list

Ix - If we have to avoid a no-lynch, oh wait, we don't have to? It's not as imperative as it was made to seem? Yeah, JMich is still on my radar too, but not comfortable voting him again yet.

I still see what I saw in Vitek from day1, but, nothing has grown since (and some diminishing.)

trentonlf is STILL super-subtley suspicious to me (he hides his intruder-ness well, if he is one, if not, I just don't get some of the things he's done.)

I'm definitely curious to the unfoldings of agentcarr16 and RWarehall's claims, an interesting situation indeed.

If you can manage it that is generally the best thing you can do (keeps everyone guessing), I find I can't, so I just go with the always slightly scummy style that means I don't get NK'd as town and no one can tell when I'm scum (or that's the idea anyway)

There have been lots of little things you've done that don't sit quite right with me (I'd go and find them.. but you've been pretty verbose and there's no way in hell I'm reading all that again), trying to direct people's attention towards or away from certain players, the constant support of no lynch (still doing it now I see) and probably others that I can't recall now. Individually it's not much, particularly considering you're new, but all together it gets harder to ignore.

The claim is just the icing on the cake. The way in which you went about it (claiming in two parts, and seeming to have developed a much better understanding of your role from one part to the next) suggests you made it up to suit the situation.
I'd say you're currently my pick for second most scummiest.
As for what you can do to change my mind? Not much really, if I find your behaviour becoming more townie then I will adjust my views accordingly.

OMFG, seriously? Constant support of a no-lynch (still now? no! wtf!?) ?! You mean with my occasional choice voting on D1 followed by an attempt to go ahead and secure a lynch by voting flubbucket at the end of D1? This comment from you just makes you seem like an intruder, because, how can you not be baiting me with this? How can you have no understood my questions about no-lynch and that they were questions about it, not arguments for it? After I explained, re-explained, etc, really?! Ugh, it's been beaten to death, and yet, you think I'm supporting no-lynch? You've earned a higher spot on my suspicion list!

It doesn't make sense to you/suggest that at first I was trying to be vague and not give full disclosure because hey, maybe that makes me a bigger+more confirmed target for intruders? Only then to decide otherwise and go ahead and give it all so I didn't have to try and be indirect/shady/confusing about it? I also realized I might be able to help make the crisis be more successful/be less likely to be sabotaged by an intruder on the team by telling everyone that I can investigate. How does that not make sense?

I'm also not trying to shift focus from or to anyone. I'm simply trying to keep an open discussion about EVERYone going, rather than let others tunnel-vision focus on one person, THAT seems more intruderlike to me than talking about everyone. I'm totally willing to talk about myself/my actions as well, as anyone should be if they're really trying to help discover the intruders.

Again, everyone is on the watch-list, as it should be for everyone, I'm just doing my job.

I have not abandoned the discussion, but I don't see any more progress being made because of the crisis. I will continue to monitor the thread and if something noteworthy happens I will still add my opinion.

On that note, I am NOT a good candidate for this crisis.

I want the total reverse. I think we should just pick someone and vote for them. We can discuss who was and was not on the wagon, and possible reasons why, Tomorrow. I m tired of discussing in circles, ad nauseum.

I'll have you know I was a straight A student.. when I could be bothered.

And hell yeah! Screw yogs and his keep it in your pocket nonsense. The day I roll Vig is the day a lot of people get shot. Do you know how many times now I've got god awful bizarre roles that are only useful under very specific circumstances? For once I just want to get a normal role like cop or vig or doctor...
Mostly vig. Then I could really prove my kill everyone to win theory.
Also, I don't have better judgement. I have judgement, slightly worse judgement and really awful judgement. I think they took better judgement out the back and shot it...
