YES, YES, YES!!!!!!

Finally I can play this game on my PS3. And most likely it will be the International version.

Right now the FF7 "built from the ground up" Remake is now meaningless to me.

Oh wow I absolutely love this game. The world is so huge and varied with an epic presentation. I felt like I was making the trek of the Fellowship or some other suitably huge journey.

I've always wanted to go back to it, but I'm almost afraid. I know a journey begins with a few steps but starting over at the beginning knowing the massive world that awaits is a bit intimidating. But the game is fantastic. Anyone who hasn't played it (and has a lot of time!) should give this a go without a second thought.

And this is one "HD Update" I really want. Especially considering that it could also be the international version which never released outside of japan (where I live they don't sell it here)

Are you saying that there is no HD remaster you want? Imagine EA/Bioware decides to release both KOTOR 1 and 2 updated in HD for all platforms and bug free? And KOTOR 2 has the restored content by default? At least its not Final Fantasy all the bravest :P

the restored content is a labor of love and again free

there is a huge difference there

i generally dont care for hd remakes or updates because its just the same game with a fancy new coat of paint
new money for old rope and a lazy way to rope in some cash

and FF 12 leaves me ice cold another jrpg with endless amounts of grinding and 70 hours fo grinding and cutscenes

2. You are a fool, this game does away random encounters, characters are good like Balthier, Basch, and Ashe. Enviornments and Presentation are increadible.

This is great, it's my favourite by far. And the sound will probably be fixed at last.

Once Squenix milks every last drop of money out of the FF franchise, and there's nothing left but a dead husk, they'll have virtually no big franchises left. Anyone could tell them it's stupid to milk a franchise to death.

I loved this game (and replaying it bit by bit when I have time).

International version is highly overrated in this case though. In original version you have freedom to use License Board the way you want, in Int. version you will be locked into jobs with no way to change. Sure, there is Trial Mode to mess around with, but I don't think that trial mode makes it up for license board changes.
