Do you know game taht is fantasy, but no rpg. Or at least with minimal rpg elements (more like Ghost of a Tale and 9P), steam only games are acceptable.
Of Orcs and Men, maybe?

The Book of Unwritten Tales

The Living Dungeon

The Guild of Dungeoneering

Age of Wonders/Age of Mythology

The Trine Games

Most games.
Love the Heretic/Hexen series. Fantasy setting but they're first person... punchers and magic flingers.

Also started the Dark Souls series... but they have RPG elements like leveling stats. They don't really FEEL like RPGs to me... action/adventure RPGs if anything. Fantastic series if you can get into them.

Dark Messiah of Might & Magic is also a lot of fun in my opinion. It also has leveling up but it is far more of a first person action game than a RPG.

Define Fantasy.
Heroes of Might & Magic? ^_^
You should try to narrow down what you're looking for since, as Breja says, the goal posts on this one are far too wide.

Telika: Most games.
^This.

Anyway, check out Thief: The Dark Project; it isn't a cRPG for sure, but it has a lot of (medieval) fantasy in it.
Castlevania (the earlier ones, not the later ones).
Zelda
Shadow of Mordor

You mean like King's Quest adventure games? Or action games like Dragonstrike?
