Great news, well done to the mods. Nehrim was great, and they also did one for morrowind as well.

I don't get why these guys didn't make their own game after Nehrim. It looks cool but I've no interest in skyrim.

are you kosmak? o.O just curious.. drawing things and making 3D objects is child's play. been there done that. but programming is much harder. many people prefurrrrRRR art shit because profit is quick but programming takes years to learn if you want to make something good

anothername: If its anything in quality like the Cube mod its most likely very awesome and with professional voice-acting; not the "one dude and his mic" stuff that usually is in mods.
The voice acting for Nehrim (German only) was very high quality, and from what I've read Enderal also has very high quality voice actors (including multiple professional voice actors who have provided voice acting for other AAA games). The SureAI team doesn't do things in half-measures.

0Grapher: It looks freaking amazing. Check it out even if you (like me) don't like Skyrim!
This bears repeating. The character development system is complete redone compared to Skyrim; in Nehrim they used a system more similar to the Gothic series, with enemies giving XP, then leveling providing learning points that could then be spent at trainers. It sounds like they went a similar route with Enderal, although with some additional depth added (the shout mechanic from Skyrim was redone to support skills associated with subclasses players can choose, which cater to various play styles). It's my understanding that there's also no level scaling, with the world instead being divided up into areas for recommended character levels; you're still free to explore all you want, but go into an area far above your level and you can run into some really tough enemies (although can also pick up some very nice gear if you manage to pull through).

Sir? you sound like you know much about those games, Sir. me think you Sir are part of their team! Sir! yes Sir! maybe to advertise game :S Sir excuse me for a second, Sir, but i don't understand somethink - in skyrim there was no mod or any way to make merchants have infinite gold for example. or to disable auto-aim. how come you're game is totally different Sir? maybe you scummer.. or hacker.. or both. also you're mod enderal is on nexusmods - i don't trust that site it asks for money just to download even free mods which may be bigger than 2 mb. :-/

It asks you to make an account, and suggests you pay for one, though you don't need to pay to download the mods.

Aside from the Nexus it's also available from ModDB (no account required), and there's also a torrent available as well. As for your suggestion that I'm associated with SureAI, I wish I could say I was involved in the great work they do, but all I am is a random person who really enjoyed Nehrim and wanted to share the release of another excellent TC.

how did you find that? :S i searched a lot and found nothing good except for 100 x weight. still that's not enough of a reason for me to go back to skyrim. sometimes it's better to just.......... let go of things............. :'(

Google.
Nehrim is a fantastic game that in my opinion set the bar high in the modding scene. I hope Enderal will be twice as good as Nehrim is. Can't wait until the english version gets released. Also, I'm glad that it doesn't need any DLCs to work because I don't plan on buying them unless Skyrim gets released on GOG. ;)
Is there a comparable mod for Morrowind, by any chance?

(Also, I dislike the mod's decision to go with conventional XP; the fact that the series (except Arena) *doesn't* do that is one thing that sets apart TES games from other games in the same genre.)

There in fact is a TC that the same team made for Morrowind- Arktwend. As for going with XP vs traditional Elder Scrolls leveling, it actually worked out pretty well with Nehrim. You can still level your skills through use, it's just much slower (the skills also couldn't be leveled past 90 using learning points, so getting that last bit of mastery still needed to be done through use).

What the hell is kosmak?

It's a total conversion mod, so they have coded a lot of stuff in there too.

kosmak means you're mother's vagina in the english alphabet version of arabic. or kos omak. and when an arab tells you kos omak, you must say to him "kos omen omak" - it's the standard counter-action. it means you're mother's mother's vagina. or you can say like "kul khara we moot" - eat shit and die. the best line i use most of times is kos omak ya metnak - it's popular because it rhymes well and because most arabs understand it. ya metnak means you fagger
