Take on the role of a hardened PMC fighter in a dark turn-based extraction RPG – Quasimorph is now available on GOG in its early access and with a -10% discount that lasts until October 23th, 2 PM UTC.

Engage in unforgiving combat, manage your ship and pile up the bodies of your clones to unravel the dark mystery behind threat to all life.

Quasimorph is a mix of classic turn-based roguelike RPG with an unique extraction twist: If you die, you lose everything you took on the mission. If you survive, you keep everything you looted. No exceptions. No excuses. No mercy.

The title is begging for an "o" at the end. The first time I actually read it as if it was there.
"If you die, you lose everything you took on the mission.
If you survive, you keep everything you looted."

This isn't actually a twist. It's essentially a hard-core option that's now mandatory rather than an option.

Also, not really a great selling point for a TB game.

Precisely, that was the sentence when they lost me.
Unless they implement a save system, I am not interested.

They already lost me on "rogue-like". I wonder how long this trend is going to last...

Hopefully not as long as "souls-like".

Is that "souls-like" thing over now? :)

when majority of people stop playing and enjoying them. As it is popular, it does not seem to happen anytime soon.
The trailer only mentions Steam, you might want to edit the last couple seconds of it.

GOG.com: [...] classic turn-based roguelike RPG with an unique extraction twist: If you die, you lose everything you took on the mission. If you survive, you keep everything you looted. [...]
I'm...fairly certain that that's not unique even close to a unique mechanic, especially in roguelike-inspired games. :D

Off topic: Since the the initial "u" in the word unique is pronounced like "you", not "oo", the preceding article should be "a". (Regardless of what some ESL teachers seem to teach, it's the pronunciation of the initial syllable which determines whether "a" or "an" should precede it, not the spelling.) </lesson>
This looks like something I'd enjoy the heck out of if it was an RPG and not a rogue game. :|
Are maps / items procedurally generated?
It's indeed better than I expected. The setting is good and some of the mechanics remind me to Stoneshard.

Well, if people enjoy rogue-likes, there's plenty of them. Most of them are pretty good in their core gameplay but ruined by those mechanics...
