OK, I am surprised.

It's not an obscure game, and the quest is fairly important in it. I'd have thought if you played the game, you'd have recognized it straight away. So either a) I'm a much worse paintmaster than I thought and can't convey the scene properly or b) no one reading this has played the game in question (??)

Either way, I'm putting a 4th drawing (and one which finally brings about the reason for the file names). This is as far as I can go with this. So if no one guesses it after some time, I'll do the something different but much much easier.
