"DotEmu is bringing Double Dragon Trilogy to Steam, with the beat-em-up triforce penciled in for January 15. The collection of late 80s arcade is also coming to GOG and Amazon on the same day.

Double Dragon Trilogy on Windows PC offers Arcade and Story modes, three difficulty levels and an optional remastered soundtrack. It also introduces online as well as local co-op, and a new "video filter" option, apparently
"
I would love to try out some of the co-op online haha beating double dragon 3 on nes was a nightmare.

Got to appreciate dotemu they have changed a lot and are doing a great service to revivng many retro games and putting them on all platforms not just drm free.

Define many?
Awesome that they're bringing it to GOG and not just Steam, hell yeah. "Coming to GOG". Doesn't it feel good just reading those words?

They just need to bring more of those games over, they have piles of DRM Free Sega games, why aren't those here on GOG?

Sounds interesting, although I've lost interest in most beat-em-up games that are double-dragon formula, or arcade street-fighter formula. Maybe it's the controller needs to be a SNES to feel right, when I was actually good back in my mid teens and SNES was still relevant...

We'll see what comes up. I make no promises...
