Grargar: Hurray, less competition is awesome! And at what a price! A vain hope that a bunch of old games will now be more likely to release legally in digital format! Truly, that trade is a steal!
I think it was intended to be more like, "Let's look on the bright side..."
So, among other things, Disney will now also own National Geographic, after Fox had bought it in '15. If that sounded like a mess then, imagine now... Oddly enough, Fox seems not to have messed NG up TOO much so far, but dodging that bullet twice in a row seems even more unlikely.

This. Everywhere I look people only seem to care that X-Men and Fantastic Four movies can now cross over with the Marvel Cinematic Universe and stuff like that. People are actually mostly extatic about competition and diverse creative approach dying. But hey, Agent Scully is now a Disney Princess, and we can get a comic about Han Solo meeting Mal Reynolds, so I guess it truly the greatest day ever.

I hope Disney will acquire Warner Bros next.

Didn't Fox stuff Natgeo with a row of cheap pseudo reality documents?
Did they not bought it months ago?
What does the fox say? Nothing I guess since it got censored.

I think you're referring to what's been going on on Discovery for probably a decade or more now? What I noticed on NG after Fox bought it were those "big name" documentary series, narrated by Morgan Freeman or Will Smith, with sort of popsci stuff, but a few better bits squeezed in as well. Not a bad move overall, probably. The magazine got more "modern" though, even more so as of a couple of months ago when they decided on a new policy of just having two larger articles and otherwise mainly photo stories each issue. That's rather depressing, as having as much in depth content as they could was rather the draw for me. But guess that can still work, as long as they keep at least those in depth stories and don't change track. (For that matter, was more bothered by what some NG articles advocated for before the Fox "era".)
I don't trust Disney at all but I'd grab Motorhead instantly on GOG since I've lost my CD.. PC releade, on Steam only Playstation version is available.
