Martian12: It is incredible how much nagging is going on in the community these days. People complaining about everything and make demands all the time. I didn't know these games but they seem to be very good for people that enjoy those kind of games. They are not my cup of tea, so I'm gonna move on and that's all. I don't get why people have to bash GOG all the time. After all it is a big company and obviously they try to maximize their profits, I don't think they would release something here that doesn't have a (potential) target group. To me, it seems like they try to broaden the variety of the games offered in their store and that's a good thing.

Of course nobody is above criticism but it seems that a lot of people just need the slightest excuse to start complaining in every new announcement and it gets annoying after a while.
This might seem harsh but capitalism and economics work by understanding customers wants and needs and for filling them to make money, not other peoples fault you fail at basic economic principles. Gog should be thanking people and listening to what they want and don't want.

This also comes at a critical time for the company to make more profits from the Cyberpunk adventure and other things that have sent their share prices downward. Time and time again it's been proven that companies with good games have wanted to put their games on gog and gog hasn't been bothered to answer them.

I agree. But you have to realize that people in the forum are somewhat a minority. You don't know how much what sells. It is really pointless to complain constantly in the forum because GOG knows better what should be released here because they know the numbers. We do not. They take decisions, they take risks. A bunch of people in the forum is nothing compared to the hundreds of thousands customers out there that are not involved in the community.

Do you think there are little rainbow coloured hibernation cubes that the entire LBGT+ community disappear into for the other 11 months?

David9855: Never played these games......fine for people that enjoy this thing but it seems Gogs scrapping the barrel while there are plenty of other great games out there. Dark Messiah, Max Payne, Conflict Desert Storm 2, Other Splinter Cells and Rainbow 6 games ect.
I'm sure GOG would add those titles to the catalogue faster than you can say Kraftfahrzeughaftpflichtversicherung if they could or were allowed to do so.

Swedrami: I guess GoG is saving the Agony release for tomorrow or Friday then.
Shame, releasing it today alongside... this here would have made for quite the juxtaposition.
Indeed, missed opportunity right there.

I don't have any problem with the LBGT+ community , i just say these games should be released in the last month ..

It seems these 2 games (Agony + Succubus) are surprisingly confirmed to appear here in the future, but I think they might be saving them for the Halloween.

As a guy who's worked with several Muslims throughout the years, I can guarantee that it's not much of a guarantee.
Plenty of closet gays in the Muslim world. In fact, I could be mistaken but I once read that Pakistan was one of the the countries where gay porn was most accessed.

It's like they want to insult the devs of every game they ever rejected by saying "your game didn't make the cut, but this did!"

Oh shut up, you naysayer... this is not "niche" at all. Look around you, it's mainstream :P.

Do you have a minute kind sir to talk about the Flying Spaghetti Monster?

JakobFel: Or, better yet, go out and experience real life.
This made me remember that episode of Dexter's Lab when he repeatedly refuses to go outside, but then he finally does and begins to think nature is beautiful only to be assaulted by angry critters from all sides :P.

Not so long ago... parents extremely angry about violence in video games were demonstrating against Mortal Kombat or Night Trap, among the titles I remember at the moment. Prejudice has always existed due to ignorance of what we don't understand. Anyway... I'm not a fan of dating simulators, I don't find them entertaining and I don't even consider them as video games, but come on... to each his own!
These now haunt my nightmares, good job.

Don't knock it until you try it. That being said, this isn't my type of game. =P

As long as GOG keeps bringing in new or old games that pique my interest (RPG, Strategy & Adventure, maybe a few other genres), I'm ok with whatever else they bring in.
.

EDIT: Anyone catch the license plates of those hit and run downvoters? I don't think my insurance covers this. Sigh. On a positive note, I've fully recovered from my injuries!
