If you're listening then I hope you'll enjoy!

I'm in and my order of preference is:
-Aarklash Legacy
-The Book of Unwritten Tales: The Critter Chronicles
-$5.99 GOG game
-Wasteland 2

Thanks for the giveaway and good luck!
Hmm, I think I'll have to change my "not in" for a In for $5.99 Little Inferno. If it's not too expensive, regional pricing makes me confused, it's on sale for awhile.

I made four playlists on the first page, I'll link the first five tracks of my Tarantino playlist to make it a bit easier if it helps;

Roy Ayers - Aragon - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5El2AZ_Jxqs

Strawberry Letter 23 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gC1TBxflN2I

Across 110th Street - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UbH3hSS1xCY

Chick Habit - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ibsVa4QMyeM

Willy DeVille - It's So Easy - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pidlV0TkveU

If you change your settings to show 50 posts per page, this IS still the first page. I was confused for a brief moment there ;)

o: Sorry to confuse you. :P
Thanks for the giveaway! I would like yo be in for Wasteland 2, or for the Book of Unwritten tales (by this order). Here até some of my favourite songs, some of them are new to me but have becomes so earworm I'm constantly hearing them:

I call this playlist "Everyone, their mothers and a kitchen sink!"

Xutos & Pontapés - Contentores (Portuguese band)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9vjS0NO1PVw&t=14m47s
This year these guys will be celebrating 36 years playing, they aren't very young but they can still kick some serious ass playing! They sing exclusively in portuguese so, if you don't understand the language, you will miss the lyrics, but you can still rock on the music! A funny thing to watch for in the video, check out their audience: you will see older people, young people and even pre-teens! They are one of the oldest rock bands in Portugal and they have a huge number of fans.

António Variações - Canção de Engate
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RP1Neq88CUc
An eccentric and very talented portuguese singer who, unfortunately like many others, died too soon, leaving a brief but meaningful mark on our music. He not only had very distinct looks for the time but also. This music is entitled "Hook up song", in which he describes a tale of two potential lovers, both available, and their intent in staying together to overcome their loneliness. Again, most of the meaning of the song has to be understood but I think even non speakers can feel the nuances of his voice.

Survivor - Eye of the Tiger
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=btPJPFnesV4
If you grew up in the 80s, there's a pretty good chance you heard this and watched the Rocky movies. If that was the case, you will probably catch yourself singing/humming this one if/when you have to climb up lots of stairs!

Iron Maiden - Fear of the Dark (Rock in Rio 2001)
https://youtu.be/e3my21cBtok?t=4928
Just one of the best songs of these guys. It has a great mood and story telling and Bruce just seems to have a way of increasing it's theatricality. The song just explodes its potential when it's performed live. This concert is, for me, ones of their best and you can just feel the energy of the crowd! Even if you don't like Maiden I don't think you can stay indifferent to this video!

Zaz - Prends Garde à ta Langue
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6lx7OyeHdQk
A french singer I discovered recently which always puts me on a great mood when I hear. My french is a bit rusty, so I don't really understand all of the lyrics, but you don't really need to understand it fully to sense it's raw energy. Some of hers songs are joyful, others can be prey sad. In the videos I've watched of her performing live she seems to totally let herself go singing with such joy and energy that becomes contagious. I choose this song because it sound's a bit of speech exercises and it's rhythm amuses me.

Alestorm - You are a Pirate (Lazy Town cover)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lhm3O15-tc0
Alestorm - Shipwrecked
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggyC0FOzqHM
A heavy metal band who, in their own words play "True Scottish Pirate Metal". The first song is their cover of a Lazy Town song "You're a pirate!". The second is an original of them. This is another recent discovery and they can really become quite earwormfull. Their music have some funny/silly lyrics/thematic (and also some funny videos) and the combination of the more "usual" rock instruments and the keytar simulating other instruments (like an accordion) can result in quite catchy songs. If you are interested, check out 3 other favorites of mine "Keelhauled" (with a great pirate intro), "Drink" and "1741 (The Battle of Cartagena)" (with an 8 bit intro!).

David Hasselhoff - True Survivor (from Kung Fury)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZTidn2dBYbY
I don't think this song needs a long explanation. It's just earworm in it's purest form. You just start listening to it and then you realize you have just been hearing it for hours! Next phase: when you hear someone say "Yey!", you immediately add "Do you have a permit for those guns?"

Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody (Live At Wembley Stadium 1986)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BcSbxsmQwFI
What to say about this one... it's f...ing Bohemian Rhapsoy, from f..ing Queen at f..ing Wembley! Most definetly one of the best musical performances ever! It's just not humanly possible not to like this song. It's like a strange breed of pop, rock, opera, with a classical beat that will make rock your heads on (bonus points if doing this while riding a car)!

Yann Tiersen - J'y suis jamais allé (Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=unCVi4hYRlY&feature=youtu.be&t=0
An instrumental song, perfect for when you want to just chill out and enjoy music in it's purest form. From a great soundtrack of an even greater movie. Seriously, if you haven't seen Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain yet, stop what you are doing and just go right now, you won't be disappointed.

Blue Oyster Cult - Don't Fear the Reaper
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZdXfkkyI1nQ
I confess, I didn't know these guys before hearing this song in Supernatural. I'm not old enough to have heard these guys when they were younger and I pretty much didn't know about lots of older bands, until I started to hear some of their works through the TV show (you can probably find lots of stuff to rightly criticize in the show, but I think the soundtrack won't be one!). This was one of my favourite discoveries, the melodic rhythm and the story just makes you want to sing along. Bonus points the for the classic :"Needs more cowbell!"
I just wanted to give you all a heads up that I'll be extending this giveaway until either Saturday or Sunday evening. Thanks a lot for the submissions thus far... I haven't had too much time this week and haven't responded to the entries the way I'd planned, but I've *really* enjoyed some of the new music you guys/gals have exposed me to. Much appreciated!

Feel free to continue to enter, or to edit entries already made. Have a lovely weekend, folks!
Count me in for the $5.99.

Here are a few excepts from my Personal Song Playlist on youtube:

Sabaton - White Death

A great song about the most profilic sniper ever. You don't get more metal than this. :)

Tom Jobim - Chega de Saudade

If you played Civ 5 as the Brazillians, here is the source/inspiration of the war music for us in the game. An amazing song all around.

Queen - Ogre Battle

It's one of those songs that naturally explain why Queen is so unique.

Queen - A Kind of Magic

A great Queen song about one of my favorite movies (Highlander).

Megadeth - Fatal Illusion

A great and brand new metal song, now with more Brazillian sounds than ever. :P

Budgie - Breadfan

One of my favorite riffs ever.

Dilermando Reis - Marcha dos Marinheiros

An amazing guitar only song. Truly inspiring.

Herbie Hancock - Cantaloupe Island

Herbie jazzing the awesome all around.

Motorhead - Killed by Death

I think this song has one of the most awesome chorus for an awful lyric/story ever. Very very fun.

Judas Priest - Diamonds and Rust

I love that such a NOT-Judas song can sound so freaking metal with Rob on vocals and, of course, the rest of the band rockin' it too.
My mix of indie-ish songs that I really enjoy. I tried to put some variety in there, but you can probably identify a couple of trends with regards to my tastes these days. : )
I did actually spend quite a bit of time over the course of about three days finding just the right versions of these songs that I wanted to use to represent the songs as I know and love them (hence all the 'outtakes' at the end of the playlist). I also tried to arrange them just as I would when making a mix tape or CD, with each song somehow flowing into, complementing or contrasting the next. I also limited myself to one song per artist, hence some of the leftovers being alternate song choices from those artists. At least here I didn't have to work around space limitations. ; )

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLEXAZY6oVZrhOKRMxW8gJtZFb4zPBID51

1. Land of Talk - "Some Are Lakes"
2. Future Islands - "Seasons (Waiting On You)"
3. N.A.S.A. - "Spacious Thoughts" (feat. Tom Waits & Kool Keith)
4. The Frames - "What Happens When the Heart Just Stops"
5. Local Natives - "Wide Eyes" (live on Austin City Limits)
6. Dark Dark Dark - "Robert"
7. Mammút - "Svefnsýkt"
8. The Civil Wars - "Poison & Wine" (live)
9. Jill Andrews - "A Little Less" (HearYa live session)
10. Yeasayer - "Ambling Alp"
11. Fever Ray - "If I Had a Heart"
12. Bon Iver - "Flume" (Daytrotter session)
13. Pet - "Lil Boots"
14. CHVRCHES - "The Mother We Share"
15. A.A. Bondy - "Rapture (Sweet Rapture)"
16. Modest Mouse - "The Stars Are Projectors"
17. Tove Lo - "Habits (Stay High)"
18. Delta Spirit - "Trashcan"
19. Cadillac Sky - "Trash Bag"
20. Fol Chen - "The Believers"
21. Heartless Bastards - "The Mountain"

Everything after "Mountain" is just leftovers from my assembling the mix.

I might edit this post more later to expand on how I put this together, why I chose these particular tracks, etc.
Oh, and I don't really care about the contest. That being said, I wouldn't say no to a $5.99 game if you thought my mix was really super awesome-pants. =) I'd have no use for Wasteland 2, though.

Oooo this is fun. I'm always down to spread a little bit of Kpop awareness when I can. May edit the list as I think of other songs. I'm also in for Wasteland 2.

So here we go, silversuriv's current playlist (songs in no particular order - mostly recent songs):
1. AOA - Heart Attack
2. SISTAR - Shake It
3. SHINee - View
4. Apink - Remember
5. SNSD - Party
6. MAMAMOO - Um Oh Ah Yeh
7. EXID - Ah Yeah
8. Big Bang - Tonight
9. IU & Seulong - Nagging
10. DBSK - Rising Sung

A little bit of info. My current favorite kpop groups are: Apink/SNSD/AOA & Big Bang/SHINee. I've been a kpop fan for around 7 years, and before that a jpop fan for about 3 years. I'm generally very open to music, even in languages that I don't understand (I'm an english native speaker). I know pretty much everything there is to know about the korean entertainment scene. If you need any more info/recommendations, hit me up :)
