So I ran into a super strange problem... Back in 2016 I must've made this account, and forgot about it. So today I got on and wanted to buy Witcher 3 GOTY because it's on sale. I made a new account, with the same email this one is linked to. Only that account has a slightly different ID tag than my own. On that new account, I bought Witcher 3 GOTY. But now, whenever I try to log into that other account, I just get sucked right back onto this one, so I can't get my game.

What's worse, when I'm in the forums area I'm using this username/profile. But the second I click on "contact customer support" it automatically switches me to that other profile. So somehow I seem to have two profiles I accidentally linked to the same email, and I can't download/play or even see that I bought Witcher 3 GOTY. I snapped a copy of my receipt and order ID# but other than that I can't figure out how to get any more information as I get auto logged into this account. Did any of this make sense? Can someone help? I submitted a ticket but no one has replied to me yet. Will there be a response sometime soon?

I don't know when exactly you've submitted the ticket, but it's 1:36AM in Poland right now. It may take at least several hours till somebody actually is here to see your ticket.

Okay, thank you. I'm just hoping it gets resolved before the weekend is over? If not I understand. I was just hoping to download and play it before work again on Monday. But the response here is reassuring. Thank you.

My original tickets have now disappeared, they no longer exist. Even when I clicked on the links I saved in case this happened. I sent another ticket, this time as my original account from 2016, rather than the new one I accidentally made today. I'm hoping they can help me resolve this? This is boggling my head a bit, but I trust CD Projekt.

If the ticket system fails, wait until a blue (GOG employees, their forum posts are written in blue) sees this thread or contact them directly via private message (for example, Ashleee). They will surely investigate what has happened (however, there's no guarantee they will be active on a Sunday).

I don't know if it helps (because I have only one account and cannot try it by myself), but you can change the email address for one of you accounts in Login & Security settings. Well, at least after doing this, you will not need to clear GOG cookie files any time you want to login a different account. :)

We did receive your ticket :)

It's not possible to have more than one account registered under the same email address.

Possible causes can be, either typo was made during account creation, or your game was just purchased on a different GOG.com account.

It is almost always a bad idea to have several accounts for the same shop.

I had tickets to see him in a small club touring with that record, but I couldn't get a ride, so I missed it.
