Hell yes!! I was really sad when the whole controversy happened, and now it seems that they worked things out :)

ps: don't know if someone else talked about this already, so sorry if I'm just repeating "old" news!

GOG claims they got "many messages from gamers" asking them to not release it.

to be fair, pro-Chinese government players have certainly expressed their discontent. It's just that certain people should be ignored, and they do exist.

Lord_Kane: I don't take heed the words of communists.
GOG apparently decided that these communist make enough of player base to be listen to. I think GOG's handling this poorly. They already knew controversies, yet they don't have a spine to back off/ hold onto agreement with devs.

They have done this stupid shit before.
GOG is no stranger to bending the knee.

They were going to have HATRED on the store as well, but when the snowflakes complained. they backed off.

Turn 1: GOG -> Prepares to release Devotion...

Okay I didn't click through (nor do I even know about the game) ...

but in the span of like 15 minutes looking in threads it went from "Coming to GoG" "On the Upcoming List!" "Off Upcoming List"...

... "Now Even Pulled From Steam!"
