Darklands seems to have disappeared from the store. Did I miss an announcement about GOG delisting it or is it a mistake somewhere on the site?

EDIT: I've just checked out the game forum and see that there is a thread dated four days ago asking the same question;

Yeah, was removed very recently... think there was a post about it leaving in a larger thread about games leaving GOG.

Thanks, I did a search for 'Darklands' in the forum before posting but nothing came up. I also can't find the games leaving GOG thread either. However, hopefully it'll be back in the store soon.
Darklands gone? Well, talk about being kept in the dark:(

That's assuming GOG always announces delistings. But actually no, they don't...at least in some cases they don't before the games are removed (but I'm not sure whether or not they always announce delistings after they've already been removed, but it's possible they don't).
I wonder why it was removed? Its still on Steam.

Isn't that some super-old rpg, why would it be removed?
Are there plans for a remake or why else would there be problems with the rights for it?
Slave Zero being the other one that's gone, at least for now.
I thought both got pulled because of publishing rights renegotiations or in preparation of remasters à la Forsaken, but looks like I was wrong about both.

No word from NightDive as well as Retroism on the matter either. Saw someone ask them on Twitter about the removal but the inquiries were ignored.
Game was excommunicated by the Church, and devs burned at the stake for heresy! ;(

WOW! Darklands and Slave Zero were removed, about a month ago. And the strangest thing is that I bought both, at the same time, exactly a year prior to that! I dodged a bullet there, but an interesting coincidence.

Considering that they were both old, it's clear that it has something to do with expiring sale rights. Hopefully, Night Dive manages to renegotiate.
