just received a cyberpunk code from ebgames australia, installed gogalaxy etc. and the code dont work. how can i resolve this

You will have to contact support for GOG and also likely contact Support for EB Games Aus.

If you got the code from a code reseler then you should go to them.

actually codes have nothing to do with Galaxy mate... what you need is to log into gog.com with a web browser and redeem your code from there [see image]

if the code is already used \ out of date, then you contact EB games as they have to sort it out... take a screenshot in that case because they will not take your word for it

you got it from an unlicenced 3rd party by the sounds of it. issue a chargeback and dont do it again ya numpty!

spoke to ebgames customer service and they said I need to get conformation that the code wasn't used before. It came sealed and need to scratch off the grey painted window to see the code so the package appeared to be new, I now need to contact GoG support.

For the non-Australians: ebgames is not a dodgy key reseller, but a large brick-and-mortar chain.

@uteopia_player: what exactly is the error message you get when you say the code "dont work"? You fill it in on the redeem screen, press the green button, and then you see...?
