OK. There are a lot of games that should be on GOG and are not, but I will just stick to cult classic. Well, mostly... Maybe this topic will encourage some people to vote for them. Fell free to add your own titles.
Aliens versus Predator 2 (2001) - FPS, you can play as Alien, Predator or Marine, good single player (basically typical good old classic FPS but somewhat scripted unlike AvP 1)
American McGee's Alice (2000) - atmospheric action TPP on Quake engine
Battlezone II: Combat Commander (1999) - FPS, RTS hybrid, sci fi ,sequel to Battlezone
Black Dahlia (1998) - adventure game revolving around Black Dahlia Murder, 1930,s, Nazis, occult themes
Call Of Cthulhu: Dark Corners Of The Earth (2006) - FPS survival horror, great Lovecraftian atmosphere, has some problems but can be fixed with unofficial patch.
Chasm: The Rift (A.K.A. Chasm: The Shadow Zone) (1997) - not so much known a little late Quake type game but still got some following
Claw (aka Captain Claw) (1997) - cartoon platformer game
Crime Cities (2000) - sci fi cyber punk hover cars action game when you do missions buy guns, etc (got a lot rewards for graphics)
Curse of Monkey Island (1997) - well, it's Monkey Island 3 with graphics like from cartoon
Dark Colony (1998) - actually kind of generic RTS but atmospheric and with cool movies
Dark Earth (1997) - action adventure with great graphics for its time (no acceleration but looks like it has), good story unique world and atmosphere
Descent 1,2,3 - 360 degree 3D FPS, sci fi shooter
Dethkarz (1998) cool destruction car racing game in futuristic environment (has good speed feeling)
Drakan: Order of the Flame (1999) really good fantasy action TPP, inventory, weapons, items, you can fly Dragon
Freedom Fighters (2003) really fun to play action squad game (AI is OK), cool atmosphere and story
Freelancer (2003) cult classic open space combat and trading game played with mouse and keyboard
G-Police (1997) one of the first games that used 3D acceleration, sci fi Blade Runner inspired city, 3D shooter where you fly futuristic police helicopter
Hardwar (1998) open sci fi flight sim sandbox, trade, shoot, do missions, cult classic , 3D with 3D acceleration
Heart Of Darkness (1998) cult platformer video game, spiritual successor to Another World, but fun, good gameplay
Heavy Gear II (1999) - FPS mecha game
Heavy Metal: F.A.K.K.2 (2000) - action TPP on Quake engine, based on animated series, chick with big tits kills staff using weapons
Heretic: Shadow of the Serpent Riders (1994, expansion 1996) doom clone in fantasy setting, cool weapons, cool enemies, cool animations, cool music, good levels,
Hexen + Deathkings of the Dark Citadel (1995, expansion 1996) newer version of Heretic but this time you search for a lot of levers, more emphasize on exploration, you can play as fighter , cleric or mage
Hexen II + Portal of Praevus (1997, expansion 1998) this time on Quake engine, more inventory, typical mouse keyboard gameplay.
Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven (2002) gameplay similar to GTA, open city but really more story wise (not so exploration) awesome atmosphere on 1930's USA prohibition era, good story music, and gameplay
Mafia II (2010) - Mafia 2, set in 1940's - 1950's
Max Payne (2001) - story with great atmosphere, little psychedelic and dark. TPP can use slow motion, great gameplay, good weapons, graphics praised when came out

MechWarrior series - play with mechs
Myth: The Fallen Lords (1997) - cult classic real time tactics, fantasy, great atmosphere, cool cut-scenes , awesome gameplay, 3D terrain with physics, dwarfs can trow Molotov and they bounce, has modern unofficial patches
Myth II: Soulblighter (1998) another Myth, another awesome
Myth III: The Wolf Age (2001)
The Operative: No One Lives Forever) (2000) cheesy spy FPS with different elements, fun enemies, good weapons, good atmosphere and gameplay
No One Lives Forever 2: A Spy in H.A.R.M.'s Way (2002) another NOLF, enemies can spawn endlessly, but still great game with fun atmosphere, one of best FPS
Oni (2001) - cult classic shooting fighting game, cyber punk inspired by things like Ghost in the Shell, anime style
Original War (2001) RTS with emphasize for individual characters and story. USSR and USA send soldiers and scientists in time to pre Homo Sapiens Sapiens era. You cannot create soldiers. You have limited pool of them. They have names and skills, gather experience and go through campaign missions. You can train pre human hominids as soldiers. Interesting plot and cut scenes style.
PowerSlave (aka Exhumed) (1996) Build engine FPS, theme is ancient Egypt StarGate like. PC version has some problems. Would be cool to have a remake (if the make it) or at least original on GOG.
Severance: Blade of Darkness (2001) - was on GOG
Soldier Of Fortune (2000) FPS on Quake engine, you can shoot limbs off, has a story and good gameplay, you play as mercenary in modern days
Soldier of Fortune II: Double Helix (2002) another good Soldier of Fortune
Star Trek: Voyager Elite Force (2000) - really good Star Trek FPS on Quake engine
Star Trek: Elite Force 2 (2003) - second part
Star Wars Episode I: Racer (1999) - Star Wars pod racing, good speed feeling
Starlancer (2000) sci- fi flight sim
The Thing (2002) - action horror game
Warlords 3: Darklords Rising (1998) - turn based fantasy, lots of monsters and heroes, really simple but great
Wipeout 2097 (aka Wipeout XL) (1997) - futuristic racing game
