Rugby League,Aussie Rules and Rugby Union are all known as footy.
When we refer to a certain game we use the team names and everyone
knows which footy we are talking about.

Allright, the Battlesister is having some trouble with the thread. She finds herself unable to post. She says she is getting an error message and is suspecting that some of you didn't pray hard enough!

The great Battlesister just doesn't want you to think that she's ignoring you and your puny selves!

Also, she is calling it a night! So wish her a good night! failure to do so will result in you being considered heretics and will be burned to death, so you can learn your lesson for the next time!

The other game is a minority,and we tend to steer clear of the (actors diving guild).

I am going to check into it more, seems the televised games here are seldom called 'Rugby' and are usually termed 'diving guild games'. :-)
I might enjoy watching those, I definitely don't enjoy American football on TV.
