In the UK, chips refer to these, while we call these fries. The difference is the thickness. So when you say fries in the US, do you mean what we call chips, or are your fries like our fries?

British chips are american fries. They don't difference between thickness.
American chips are british crisps.
And the only reason those are called fries is because of the big yellow M on the container.
And a torchis a torchexcept when it's a flashlight.
What a coincidence, that's her stage name too.
By the way Tom. Has anyone ever worked out how many cars a season of Cobra 11 trashes on average?
