How on earth do I get in contact with support here ?

I am using the support pages but just end up going round in circles and ending up
back on the page I started from.

All I want to do do is let somebody know that The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing: The Final Cut randomly crashes om my Mac running OSX 10.9.5

So how do I find my way through the nightmare of continous looping back to the first support page.

This area of the site is far from user friendly.
