As of right now, the problem has been fixed for me. Just finished installing the 2 new DLC bits. Hopefully everyone else whom has been having a problem gets it resolved quickly. :)

Getting this problem as well, can't install anything from the GOG Galaxy client. Downloads from GOG.com are extraordinarily slow, too.

I'm at 95.5% and it keeps saying Server Problem. Iam not about to reinstall this damn game!!! Took me a while to download this GAME!!!!!!!

I bet their like "Oh hey let's fix every other issue except the "Server Problem". Let's make everyone reinstall the game." They need to fix this issue ASAP!

Here you go:

Where can I find Galaxy logs on my computer?
On Windows Vista or later: C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\Logs
On Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\GOG.com\Galaxy\Logs
On Mac OS X: /Users/Shared/GOG.com/Galaxy/Logs

As of now, you can go to 'More' - 'Back up and Extras' and download the files you need there as a backup.

Having the same issues with the Witcher 3.
Can't install it at all and the message "Server Problem" pops up.

SOLUTION:
Download the "GOG Downloader"
Go to this link: www.gog.com/ downloader/ listing/ the_witcher_3_wild_hunt (without the spaces)
Click on the files that you want to download.
The files should now show up in the downloader.
