If there is any way to inspire people to buy a game it's THIS, it's been in my wishlist for quite some time; the 60% discount definitely helps too, I just got done installing it, thanks to the devs and GoG for this excellent deal!

Now if only the devs/publisher of Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning were to do the same, but most steam users would gladly pay an ongoing bi-weekly fee of $40 on top of a $60 price tag for their games so no, I don't see that happening!

Are there any new game mechanics?
The original game wasn't too bad for relying on a gimmick that's present on any half decent game engine and the retro environment and the little extras were a nice touch that flesh out the product but the story wasn't that good so far.

p.s and it's website* has a crappy mobile phone design.

Finally worth buying their under-discounted original game, SuperHot. To be honest, even at $10 for 2 games, the new game needs to be considerably longer than the first to be worth the price.

Here's my value expectation:
$2.50 for SuperHot
$7.50 for SuperHot: MCD

I hope the new game meets my expectations.
