I know I should not care at all but after reading your complaints daily I'm utterly curious which games pass the Breja test.

Looks promising, definitely wishlisted. Story, variety, upgrade system, grinding opportunities and performance on lower end systems are deciding factors though.

They won't release it before 2026 - way into the year or beyond it, I would guess - so see you on the other side folks.

It is the same dev that already made "Frontier Hunter", Metroidvania-like games, i enjoyed. However, almost nothing i know about the studio. Parasite Mutant obviously is some Parasite-Eve clone with some potential for sure.

Obviously won't have anything to do with Parasite Eve canon but it's the combat system that I'm intrigued about here. PE had a really unique turn based combat mode that sadly didn't get implemented in their sequels. Parasite Mutant looks to bring back the original PE battle system and improve upon it. Definitely interested in this one. To the wishlist you go! Can't be any worse than what Square did to Aya in The 3rd Birthday.
