Title: Lust from Beyond: M Edition
Genre: FPS survival horror
Demo: Lust from Beyond: M Edition Demo
Not sure what's the point of censored edition. It's not like anyone'd be fooled or placated by it, and with that title and themes, the people that'd buy it are ones that'll want the uncensored game.
Anyway, wishlisted, will buy the uncensored version, skip if it isn't there.

Ya i agree that anyone who is going to play this probably doesn't mind it being AO. this M version is baffling.
I find this situation rather interesting :)

always thought that this game was just about boobs (I know it was presented as cosmic erotic horror etc., but from reviews it seems there's not much aside nudity)... BUT if the devs themselves decided to cover them up and offer this "mild" version they are probably confident that the rest of the content will stand

so I'm really interested in what the demo of this version offers - if it shows only a small fragment of the game and no nudity whatsoever, will it still intrique me? if so I might buy it, even toned down

Starkrun: Dont let the title or the themes scare you away.... this is a very lovecraftian story with heavy lean on the Cosmic/Mystical part of the lore.

I'm happy to see the toned down version but do hope there is an unrated patch for us. That said having this in the hands of a wider audience to showcase the teams talent is fantastic!

If you like lovecraftian games and lore, if you are not shy you will love this.... as someone who has 3 entire bookshelves dedicated to Cthulhu books and art this game works in every single way and is worth all your time, censored or not this is a great game/story... If you want hard core action and monsters get Succubus but if you want a story to twist your mind into all the colors of space BUY THIS!
I always assume these kind of games are just as terrible as the few porn films I've seen. Glad to hear it's good because it sounds like just my kind of thing and I might actually buy this edition sometime when I would probably never buy the uncensored one. Looks like I'm the only one though. So tired of sex being stuffed into every horror film, it makes a nice change to see it being taken out of a horror game. Hope there is a full version patch for everyone who's into that though.
Why do you release the censored version and not the original one?
M Edition
Yet another one case of strange relations between GOG and R18 games. Lucky me, that I'm not interested in this one.
Will this have an AO patch?
M Edition? More like S Edition.

Xabyer_B: You add disgusting porn visual novels, but when it's a game with an interesting story to tell and has adult content you add the censored version. This is the most absurd thing I've seen in months. I'll have to play it on Steam sadly.
Spot on! Exactly my thoughts.
Seeing that steam has both the original prequel and the sequel I'll hold off until both can make it over here, please gog, talk to the devs into bringing both over here!
Really glad to see this one here, more or less the AO version will be included with a patch. I bought it on Steam just to support the devs, but downloaded a steam free version elsewhere to test the game out. I love what I played. I could not get over the graphics in this one, blew me away. I spent way too long just admiring the level of detail in the mansion. It was too lifelike and almost freaked me out.

I've been waiting a long time for this game, hopefully the uncensored does get released as well, because that's what I bought and played on Steam.

Hey, now. There are several stories to tell in those "disgusting porn novels." You're just being biased. I agree that the game should come here unedited, but you'd be a fool to think that several of the visual novels here do not have interesting stories to tell. Perhaps not your cuppa tea, but good stories nonetheless.

The problem is the censoring atleast they admitted it .. But censoring is hated in general.. still for me I may not be much for sexual content but a censored anything is a no go for me till its dirt cheap

If you go to the devs Twitter, most people are happy with the M version, because it allows them to stream it and reach a wider audience. I've never seen so many people happy about censorship.

Sounds like lets players, content makers and streamers who make money off of playing a game then it makes sense those sort would be excited and happy about it
