GameStop still sells it digitally but its the steam drm version and you'd have to go through hoops to remove the tages bs but yeah that's still an option.

Man, this is really sad. I had no idea this happened until today.

I have it on both Steam and GOG - apparently you can only install the Steam version of 3 different machines? That's crazy. I'm lucky I purchased it on GOG with the DRM removed before it got taken down - love that game so much!

I'm lucky i was able to purchse this before it left the store but this should comeback for people who don't have it because the DRM version is indeed an utter abomination and is a prime example why Steam is a problem in this regard.

Whoever/whatever keep this version from being re-released needs to hurry the fuck up.

Outside of DRM, Licensing is the biggest killer of games.

I knew this was going to get out of hand, digital distribution should have never overtaken physical...

Damn, that was sudden- Don`t they give you more time than a day? I`m having to learn to frequent the forums a lot more to catch this kind of news. Thankfully I already bought this game ages ago, but I would`ve completely lost this last chance otherwise.

Would be nice if they could simply push a notification on all members like they do with games that are on a Sale? How about it, GOG?

the notifications are completely broken at this point in time and have been for a while.
and no companies dont, they often just send a tearse "there are things wrong you must stop selling this" legal notification, often with no to little warning.

because companies are not your friends and run by jerks.

I know companies aren`t our friends, never thought they were, they are there to make a profit after all. However, it would be simple courtesy to give someone more time than a day to act so they can inform others of what`s happening.
