2019 year financials should be available today. Despite the overall PC gaming market dropping last year, according to the CDP Twitter, revenue was up 44% and net profit up 60% due to strong Witcher 3 sales from Switch and new interest from the Netflix show, plus Gwent on mobile.

GOG -profit for 2019 + 3 mln zł.
Hi, they have announced the results of 2019,

https://www.cdprojekt.com/en/wp-content/uploads-en/2020/04/consolidated-financial-statement-of-the-cd-projekt-group-for-2019-1.pdf

but my English is quite limited and much more related to financial terms, in page 31 they show the revenues for GOG, the benefit last year increased 100x? from 30 to 2983 (thousand euros?, i don´t know).

At least these sound great numbers for CD Projekt and hope third companies see GOG as a still better place where put their games. Regards!
CDPR net profit around 40 mln euros, up from 25, GOG made a slight profit of about 750k euros. Great numbers for CDPR, as for GOG it's not bad, but not very good either. GOG's revenues were up 12.5%, they reduced administrative costs by 36%, I wonder if the complaints about support are because of that :/

Few developers make a profit the year before their next game is coming out...

Gotrekus: GOG -profit for 2019 + 3 mln zł.
It's really great that GOG was able to make such a profit given the results for the III quarter (there was almost 2 million zł loss back then)!
well at least if GOG dies we'll have our games backed up :) or at least we can make a list of all the games we bought and not feel bad about getting them "elsewhere" if need be. but better to have them backed up
1. Any idea what drove the Witcher sales? The Netflix show?
2. Tax rate changed from 19% to 5%:
On 24 January 2020 the Company received an individual interpretation of tax law regarding corporate income
tax and related to the question whether a video game constitutes eligible intellectual property entitling the
Company to apply preferential taxation rules (referred to as the IP BOX preference). In the interpretation the
Director of the National Revenue Administration Information Center fully concurred with the Company’s posi-
tion, expressed in its filing, that video games developed by the Company may, for the purposes of the IP BOX
preference, be regarded as eligible intellectual property, consistent with the definition of computer software
under the corporate income tax law. As a result of the above, eligible revenues obtained by the Company
from commercializing copyright to its video games may, as a rule, be subject to preferential taxation with an
income tax rate of 5% (subject to any additional restrictions and exclusions expressed in the relevant legislation.
3. Goal seems to be accumulated revenue of 6bn PLN until 2023, 8.3bn until 2025.
4. What car for 120k EUR has been leased?
5. What does "Average Employment" (page 67) mean? Other documents reference to >1000 people working for CDPR. Are the "238" reported under Average Employment indefinitely employed and the other on contracts? Or is this the tenure in days?
6. GOG employs ~170 people.
7. CDPR headcount +19%
8. "As of 31 December 2019 the Group employed individuals from 44 countries. The largest foreign groups hail from Ukraine (28 people), Russia (22 people), Spain (17 people), Canada (17 people), the United States (16 people), the United Kingdom (15 people), France (15 people), Italy (14 people) and Germany (14 people)"
9. Every third Cyberpunk 2077 preorder made on GOG.

GOG revenue share by country [in %], might be distorted by the CP2077 pre-orders:
USA 33 (+4)
Germany 13 (-1)
Poland 6 (-1)
UK 5 (-1)
France 5 (0)
Canada 4 (0)
Australia 4 (0)
Russia 3 (-1)
Sweden 2 (0)
Other 25 (0)

But at GOG still do work more than 170 persons..thats pretty much! Maybe too much to generate more profit or being in a position of a longer time stable net profit incomes???

Thanks. Interesting how AAA drm-free game still manages to sell almost 30M copies.
I wonder how much more if Denuvo was present in the first weeks (sarcasm). It also clearly shows the overall impact of the first weeks sales...
Even if most of copies are sold at sale price, say 10 euros, that's a interesting amount of potential profit.

Certainly more than 30 million copies with an uncrackable Denuvo.

All of them from Grimoire sales, without question.
