It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

For me when my connection seems slow, it appears to help sometimes to do a full system shutdown, restart a few munutes later & retry.

+I second the welcome
Same thing happened to me right now and I was able to resolve it by logging out and logging in again.

You should have something like the section in the red rectangle.

oh duh, sorry, you need to be in the game page for that option sorry, and I am unaware how the downloader works, i use lgogdownloader.

You might just have to wait a while for the page to load correctly. or clear your cache?
I think the site might be overwhelmed right now. It's probably all the traffic from the Star Wars releases. My library doesn't load properly either.
When it works right, you're able to click on one of the game boxes on the shelf, which opens a menu where you can download the game in question, as well as all related extras.
Try it again later.

EDIT: After "logging out" by exiting the browser and logging back in, the library started working again, but it still seems to have issues. Weird.

Thanks for everyone i didnt get it to work but mayby better luck tomorrow =)
One thing I see in common is that several of the users having problems are located in Europe (If their forums locations are to be believed).
GOG has been a bit buggy the last few days. Just sayin'. :-)
