So, i wrote to the support two times already that i want to cancel my pre-order for TW3.

First time it was a week ago. They immediately responded that they need the transaction ID, which i send them right away. That was the last time i heard from the support.

I wrote again 3 days ago. No response. TW3 is still in my GOG library and i havn't got a refund.

What's going on here? Is this normal? I have a few games on GOG already, but this is the first time i have a real problem and it feels disappointing and dubious.

Well, it seems there are some problems sometimes with some tickets, plus i have the impression some GOG's staff members are gone on vacation .

Since the gog's winter sales are finished , the mumbers of tickets should have decreased, so it doesn't seems normal.

Don't worry. GOG has a good support team. Just try to explain your request/problem with necessary and straight details.
I got the same problem. No answers in three weeks and i have sent them 4 mails now..

Well, they had some problems with a new refund procedure, i was told. All good now, got my money back.
For future reference also be aware, that if you downloaded any items that would come with a purchase like that (free games), it could make you stuck with what you bought because you have a portion of the product.
