So, i wrote to the support two times already that i want to cancel my pre-order for TW3.
First time it was a week ago. They immediately responded that they need the transaction ID, which i send them right away. That was the last time i heard from the support.
I wrote again 3 days ago. No response. TW3 is still in my GOG library and i havn't got a refund.
What's going on here? Is this normal? I have a few games on GOG already, but this is the first time i have a real problem and it feels disappointing and dubious.
