It's under Orders > View Receipt > and there should be a link to resend it to email (forget the exact wording).

There doesn't appear to be one, no. I honestly can't remember if there ever has been one.
But like InkPanther said, there's an option to resend a gift code to e-mail. It only appears on unredeemed gift orders in your order history.
Anyone else with the same issue?

I don't recall it ever being there. What you could do though is click "View Receipt" and print it to PDF via either a browser's built-in feature or a PDF Printer like PDFCreator?

Edit: This is probably something else GOG could improve with their website - have a dedicated "Print / Save to PDF" on the receipt page that generates a proper looking PDF / paper invoice instead of a cut-down web-page retaining the Facebook "like" buttons, etc.

As a workaround you can probably just save the receipt website (from a browser) as HTML. The important things are your login name, the names of the games, the date of purchase and the order ID which is all there. It doesn't really matter in which form this information is stored.

Backstory: There are times that the email receipt is not sent, and I had to contact support. I asked if it were possible to do this manually instead of having to contact support whenever it happens. I was told that the option mentioned in the opening post was available. After a lot of mucking around and sending screen captures to each other, it was concluded that said option was not available to me and they'd look into it. I was later told this was fixed, though it turned out it wasn't.

Have you used exactly the same words you're using here? "Resend receipt"? Because you can still see it under your orders. Maybe there was some miscommunication, misunderstanding?

Support claims it was there. Yes, I used those words and we even sent jpgs of screen captures to each other.

I believe in this case support is wrong.

There is a 'View Receipt' button, which shows you the email you would have received (as it actually mentions emails I assume it is an exact duplicate) but to my recollection there has never been a 'Resend Receipt' button.
