I would love it if they would try to incorporate the American Indian civilizations.

I would like to unearth something about the Aztecs or Incas because there is so little that we know about them. Unearthing something that can tell us more about them would be a huge discovery and help us figure out more about there civilization
I'd love to discover the garden of Eden. Want to see just where the Bible tells us humans were first stationed. Kind of impossible, I know....

I'd say that Genghis Khan’s tomb would be my pick, because it's been told that many treasures await buried with Khan himself; maybe a lot of knowledge too. A strong contender for a possible good adventure for Lara; that and the fact that maybe she could possibly find Khan still alive (as a surprising turn of events).
I don't think they have an official name but it would essentially be a human. Civilization that reached out current level of technology or greater but had been destroyed either through natural means or war.

There is no proof this society ever existed however it's plausible and even likely. The problem is due to the immense amount of time that has passed and the changes to the world any buildings or artifacts would be buried incredibly deep if they had even survived at all.

I think this civilization is the basis of Atlantis mythology so it's also possible everything was lost to the sea or is frozen deep in the ice somewhere.

The ruins of Carthage. It's tricky since Tunisia is built on top of it all, but too little is known about this culture that Rome saw fit to wipe off the face of the earth.

One of the many South Indian Civilizations as they were said to be very different than the Indus or Harrapan Civilization. Because of too many things to discover as south India is not much explored compared to other civilizations originating from India.
I think it would be cool to find Noah's ark and explore the origins of Christianity.
Ancient Aboriginal site. It is Mind blowing that the first known human civilization (50.000 years+ old ) is still here on earth.
I would like to unearth an ovomorph egg for the obvious reasons.
Library of Alexandria - to be able to read and see all that knowledge! It was an amazing amount of knowledge that was sadly lost. I can only imagine sitting in there and reading scroll after scroll! Would be amazing to see how much knowledge as there and sad to see how much was lost and had to be re-learned.

This one is easy. The lost civilization of Atlantis. We all want to know where, why and how they were wiped off the face of the earth. To find out those answers 100% would be amazing!
1. Atlantis - Because it's supposed to have had people of all races and an impressive naval fleet. From architecture to their culture in general, they must have been unique (assuming they existed).

2. Hard, undeniable proof of alien life just because it would validate/invalidate so much of what we/some think we/they know. Not to mention our whole belief system.
