Hello,
yesterday I bought Baldur's Gate II: Complete Edition. The payment went through and I got a confirmation e-mail. The game appeared under "My Games", but when I changed the view and tried to hide the 7 games that are there initially, it disappeared. It's not hidden, it's completely gone. Everywhere else on the website it shows the game as "Owned" and offers me to re-download. When I click that, I'm back to "My Games", where it doesn't appear. I can't get it to show up again.
I contacted support, but haven't got a reply a day later.
Generally the website feels unreliable, here's another bug: From the start (gog.com), click "Browse Games" at the top. Next to "Filter by:", hover "System" and click "10.7+" (under Mac OS X). Now you see only games for that system, so far so good. But click on for example "Role-playing" near the top of the page, and you get a new list, where windows-only games are visible again. Now hover "System" again, and you should see that "10.7+" is still marked as active, which is of course misleading and wrong.
