So is there anymore DLC coming from BTPS? Or do we just have the ONE campaign expansion and 2 characters?

No. That's about it.
You have the Dome, the Claptastic Voyage (with level cap), two characters (Aurelia and Doppelganger), The Slaughter Pit.
P.S.: The Slaughter Pit is not included in the Season Pass, everything else is.

Its already had its PS4 release inc all DLC so I doubt it.
