Since yesterday, the game art images in my library and the store headlines section have both stopped being displayed and are now blank. This issue occurs on Windows 8.1 and IE11 (Update 11.0.20). Cleaning the cache and cookies didn't work, unfortunately. I'm including two screenshots as a reference.

I tried under Chrome and everything is fine.

Is anyone else currently having this issue?

It is like if you're an idiot while writing code, and then blaming the OS for your stupid, wrongly written code not working.

Also happening on the Steam page thumbnails. I think it's some sort of Flash or Activex issue, and will probably be patched eventually by MS.

I do remember, that under Firefox there is a plugin allowing/disallowing display off pictures and flash, and IIRC there is something similar under IE, but I can´t remember the name, if it is active, it won´t download the pictures/flash...

Originally implemented from the gooooooooold ooooooooooooold days with limited bandwidth....

But as I said, can´t remember the proper name ;)
