Dejavous: Shatner chilled out on the over acting quite alot from ST days to then, your not quite sure if the act that Denny has is real or if he's trying to make people think he's a dimentia paitient..

Breja: I honestly think Shatner's Star Trek acting is too often unfairly maligned. When the situation called for it, like in The City on The Edge of Forever, he showed real acting chops. Or this scene. Or this speech.

And he was really great in the 1970 tv production of Andersonville Trial. I very much recommend it, if you can find it anywhere.
oh there is no denying that Shatner can act but in the ST series his melodramtic pauses and odd over acting of certain scenes were over the top..

Hm interesting. Most of my favourite movies don't really have one liners now that i think about it, except Apocalypse Now which somehow is full of memorable ones.

Anyway, i always loved the ...at your service line:

Not exactly a one liner, but my most memorable quote from the movie is "I love the smell of napalm in the morning" ... "Smelled like… Victory"
From The Last Samurai:
"Tell me how he died" - "I will tell you how he lived"

tinyE: "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn."

HORRIBLE MOVIE, great line.
That was Clark Gable's line in Gone with the Wind, a 1939 movie that has a Metascore of 97. Here's a YouTube video of the scene.

Gone with the Wind is a timeless classic. I can't understand why anyone would consider it a "HORRIBLE MOVIE."
I "almost" forgot this:

"He who stumbles around in darkness with a stick is blind.
But he who... sticks out in darkness... is... fluorescent."
Get away from her, you bitch! - Aliens. There are a few others as well.

Not exact I think: Good, bad, I'm the one with the gun.- Ash vs army of darkness. If anyone remembers it properly please correct it.
English motherfucker, do you speak it?

XD Fair enough, let me rephrase. IMHO it was a horrible movie, but anyone who knows me can tell you good taste has never been my strong suit. :P

from the original 3:10 to Yuma "What are you squeezin' that watch for? Squeezin' that watch ain't gonna stop time."

I could point out numerous reasons why it's a horrible movie.... but I won't because no sense in turning this thread political. But you're right... it is a horrible movie.

I think it's "the guy with the gun". Army of Darkness is full of epic one liners!

"Klaatu Barada Ncoughcoughcough"

Epic, loved that movie

Also love that that sentence he's supposed to say actually comes from the original The Day the Earth Stood Still
