Without a guide or cheating, how do I know when I have accomplished an achievement in this game. I've got three lasers beaming and yet, no achievements. Hmmmm Thanks. JP

The Witness doesn't have achievement feature.

You can find games with achievement feature here:
https://www.gog.com/games?feature=achievements&sort=bestselling&page=1
We need to find someone who has actually seen the achievements for this game; preferable someone who was present and watching when the achievements for this game were met After that we need to get them to agree to testify in court, under oath, that they did in fact see the achievements for this game.

Actually the game used to have them here on GOG. I remember it, because I was surprised when I noticed that. But it appears that they have been disabled. GOG has done that in the past when achievements don't unlock properly...

I'm pretty certain of it... but I might be mistaken. Maybe somebody else can add their input on this.

It barely even has achievements on Steam...just two of them, because Steam apparently requires them, but the game creator hates them. His view is that you should do stuff in the game because you want to and no other reason. So it seems unlikely that there would be any on GOG.
