One of the reasons why I started purchasing games off of GoG was due to the fact that the games came packed with extras and music and artwork and all sorts of stuff that added value to the product. It was also a place where I could get games legally that I couldn't purchase anymore due to age.
But one of the issues that I'm running into now is that most if not all of the games being 'released' on GoG don't have any of these extra things. This is what kind of set GoG apart from other digital distribution platforms and kept me coming back to maybe even re-purchase games. Whether it was listening to the sound-track, or looking at the concept art, maybe even looking AT THE MANUAL (for god's sake), it all made me feel like I was getting something quality out of the service.
Now this place just feels like another digital distribution service that doesn't really offer anything aside from DRM free licensing. As much as I like to see new games coming here, they aren't really bringing anything with them that's worth my time or money and possibly might even drive me back to other platforms. I'm sure that other people here have the same opinion as I do, and I'd like to see more 'quality' titles back on this service, like what we got before.
