SWAT 4, so i can win this comp and Ebay it to fund my anti-pop vinyl social media campaign
#MyFavoriteOST on GOG is the Lelianna's Song from the Dragon Age Origins, because I've heard it on my character's funeral, so it gave me a strong emotional feeling... Just perfect song for perfect ending of perfect story, which I will remember forever. I can't imagine how could I feel something similar ever again in any other game. Maybe Deponia was quite close, but still, DA:O is the best of it ;)

Hands down, for me it's Rayman Origins.

You've got a combination of the considered and whimsical with Christophe Heral (of Beyond Good and Evil fame) and Billy Martin (previously unknown to me) in control of a full orchestra and some extras. The result is a musical fare worthy of its own release. I bought the game on GOG originally, because I couldn't get the full soundtrack anywhere else.

Any digeridoo I heard before sounded like just a droning bore with someone trying really hard to act like they were playing an instrument. The Jibberish Jungle changed me mind. I guess the Aussies down in Kiwi Land aren't quite as crazy as I thought.

Gourmet Land is a Latin-inspired treat that smells of coffee and tastes of subtle flair. Frozen Paradise makes me think of a cool day in Cuba, watching the ocean waves and sipping strong cafe from an absurdly small cup.

The Sea of Serendipity is so chill and light I just melt into it. The Lums' "Glou Glou" won't leave my head. I find myself singing it in the shower without realizing.

Please get Rayman Legends on GOG just so I can buy the full soundtrack for that, too!
low rated
wai too much blu text; geez louise an' a packet o' chips
Dragon's Dogma OST, because these tracks...they are masterworks, all - you can't go wrong!

Memes aside though, one of my favourites is Contemptuous Prisoner - Gorecyclops battle theme from Dark Arisen expansion. I still remember my first time seeing that chained gorecyclops, staring me down 10x my size, as I hide behind my tiny shield, saying to myself "eaaasy boi, we are just passing by, relaaax", while trying to sneak by. Then a midget pawn of mine with its high-pitched voice yelled "To battle, arisen!" and let loose some spell at that gorecyclops...it got all mad, its chains broke, this tune began to play... Still gives me shivers each time I hear those shackles breaking sampled at the beginning of this track. Seriously, check it out... so intense!

As I'm writing this, I've realised that the ost is not sold separately here and I reckon that disqualifies me, but hey at least I could wax lyrical about one of my favourite game soundtracks without anyone telling me to shut up ;) Especially since I do believe that music and sound design in games is of pivotal importance for setting the right mood and tone/vibe of games. Unfortunately it's way too often overlooked in favour of graphics and visual eye-candy in general nowadays.
Hollow Knight. Moody, atmospheric, emotion triggerring of sorts. Gotta love this game and soundtrack. Unique. A real masterpiece.
Wandersong soundtracks, an uplifting collections of songs from a game that brings a smile to the face.
The Transistor OST. Nothing more bumping than those vocals as I'm tactically tearing through alien robot creature things with two robot dogs that bark loud enough to cause explosive damage.
There's a whole bunch of great games with great soundtracks on GOG, some unfortunately are not available for download here, but if I was to pick one that is available and is great, I'd probably pick Deus Ex. It has so many great and memorable melodies that I've been humming them from time to time over the last 20 years since I bought the OG boxed copy of the game! :D The Hong Kong market tune rocks so damn hard, the main theme tune is hardcore, and the whole soundtrack has that great sound of whatever music making tools Unreal engine games used, Unreal itself especially. Totally kickass and it works great even without the game itself.

And as I said, I've been humming the tunes to myself from time to time and that's the mark of a badass soundtrack, that it's stuck with you even when you're doing whatever it is you're usually doing during your day :D
You start at Kaer Morhen, because that's where it all begins when fate calls. Since the sword of destiny has two edges and you are one of them, it's you who decides to go on. You pass the trial. You run the gauntlet. You walk the path. You have silver for monsters and steel for humans. You hear whispers in Oxenfurt and find that Novigrad is a city of intrigues. You meet the ladies of the woods and lose yourself in the fields of Ard Skellig. You journey until you face your greatest challenge, the king of the hunt, and accompanying you through all of it there's just one thing going through your head. The magnificent OST of The Witcher III: Wild Hunt.
My favorite OST is from System Shock 2. When I am writing scifi stories, it is a great way to get my brain in the right frame of mind for it. I've been listening to System Shock 2's soundtrack since before I even knew about gog.com.
Street Fighter. Those arcade songs are awesome.
Thunderscape, it has the best soundtrack out of all the games on gog, and the only game that comes remotely close to being as good is Lost Eden
