Put your arrow directly on the profile picture of the winner and wait for a second. A tab should pop up after you have done that. Once that's done, click on start conversation.

You buy the game as a gift and put in your own email-address. You then get a gift code that you can either see in the email you get or under Account -> Orders & Settings.
You can then PM this code to other persons and they can redeem it.
