madth3: By the way, GOG tweeted (hours ago) a couple of "last chance" warnings for The Vanishing of Ethan Carter and Age of Wonders 3.

Does that mean the won't show up again?
Your guess is as good as mine.
I'm like 99% certain I'm done with my purchases, but would you mind posting in this thread if you see any others? Obviously don't go crazy, but if you happen to see something on Twitter when you're signed in here I'd love a heads up!

HypersomniacLive: Fortunately they took the trouble to also give a heads up to all of us here that don't tweet - phew!
This was sarcasm yes? Or did I miss something LOL!

CarrionCrow: 12 Hour Game Deals - Part 19 (for new items, we've got Convoy, but it's only at its launch discount, along with Super Game Jam and Race The Sun making their first sale appearance)
Race The Sun has already been discounted in round 6.

Edit: Not round 6, but round 5.

Why would you think that?

No, not sarcasm. Just Sir Chasm.

Hmm. Punched it into Firefox search and didn't get anything.

Oh well, yay for broken programs. Thank you for letting me know, will fix that now. =)
I've been holding out on Don't Starve for quite a while now, waiting for the 75% discount that it regularly receives on Steam to come to GOG, but I'm starting to wonder if that's ever going to happen. This sale the max discount on GOG has even been downgraded from 67% to 66%. And while GOG's doing its 66% thing, Steam launches their sale, and there it is again, 75% off. I guess Klei just believes that we should pay extra for DRM-free...

It all depends on whether you really want the game on GOG or just DRM-Free. If you want it just DRM-Free (but you don't have a problem using Steam), you can buy it on Steam and then follow the guide here to redeem the game on Humble Store.

No problem, at least I could help a bit. :)
Thanks again and +1 for doing all the work to collect the lists!

Very interesting, but, yeah, a GOG copy is my primary goal... Thanks.

That does bring up an good point. If you can redeem your Steam copy DRM-free on Humble, then DRM-free must not be what's driving the sale price up on GOG... So why the always higher price? :/

I guess because it's harder to get attention on Steam when you're competing with thousands of games, hence why there is a better discount there.

I guess, but 31,775 reviews? Seems like they've not had any issues...

If true, I think it says less about Steam than it does about GOG. Like, GOG's small user-base isn't worth the higher discount. Of course, similar themes have been heard from other devs, so it's certainly very (if not, most) likely.

Not attention in general, but in this specific summer sale.

Goddamn it. Sorry about that, it's fixed now.
That's it, no more typing in the morning until I have at least 3 cups of coffee in my system.

turbosnake: PoE have da 25% discount in the Steam Sale
These fucking people...

Keep it up and my buy at 85% discount becomes buy at 110% discount. I think I'd take the Paranautical dude out to a lovely dinner before I'd spend time with these people. :)
