0Grapher: I'm sure that Oblivion is far more likely to be released here than Fallout 3.

Fallout 3 may be the game that'll introduce massive regional restrictions and censorship when it gets released here. I am not so sure if GOG are going to be willing to accept this game in the new future.

Grargar: It could go either way. I mean, Saints Row 2 is censored on the German Steam, but not here...
Wolfenstein series is going to be a major issue on the german side too - but it's not in the top 20 so let's not worry...

I don't know about Saints Row 2 but Fallout 3 is censored in a lot of countries for different reasons.

It doesn't matter if a game is censored on Steam. Even Vampire Bloodlines is censored on Steam for Germans although there have been uncensored DVD releases for a long time.
The problem with Fallout 3 is that it would need a new release of some sort that has to be rated again. I don't know if a GOG release will suffice and if Bethesda even care.
What's most idiotic is that Fallout NV Ultimate Edition is uncensored whilst normal Fallout NV and all Fallout 3 versions are censored...
Oh right, I didn't consider System Shock 1 'likely' then? Oh ye of little faith I guess :-D
*edit* quietly deleted it from the 'Didn't include' notes anyway...

Funny how you considered it less likely than Blood Omen, Final Fantasy VII and the Neverhood. :P

In regard to FF7 - I can't see how I couldn't consider something that's already currently on Steam from a signed publisher as 'Likely' (unless it's Capcom because they're barely here)
But you may have more of a point with the other two...

BTW, you might want to recheck the NOLF status. WB was in talks with NDS about releasing it, but they did change their minds sometime in November. So WB should have the full NOLF rights, and they are on GOG.
OK the big change for today was SUPPOSED to be Quake II being released and therefore disappearing from 20th (and I guess it still the 'headline') with some minor positioning changes - Torchlight 2 up to 10th pushing Blood Omen down to 11th, SWAT 4 back up to 13th, with C&C: Red Alert down to 14th while Mass Effect gained 2 positions (it's actually right under C&C: Red Alert now rather than Red Alert 2 making me wonder if I just made a mistake and got the C&Cs confused last time...)

But, last time out, When the Zenimax / Bethesda / id games were added I kept the games that they pushed out of the top 20 (in this supposed 'Top 10') just because I'd gone to the trouble of linking to the wishlist for each one and it seemed a shame to just delete them, especially if I was just going to potentially add them back when other games were added but, thing was, I just checked the list down to 20th and stopped, with those games on the end, I hadn't noticed that a bunch of other Bethesda games were also lurking down there so TES: Oblivion, Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth and Fallout New Vegas all enter the list in 21st, 23rd and 24th with EA's Dragon Age: Origins also appearing at 25th as it also seems to have overtaken Jazz jackrabbit 2 at some point!

Oh, one other thing, The fact that Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth is currently on sale elsewhere trumps the fact that it's technically licensed IP for 'likelyness' purposes, in case you were wondering!

What about Quake 4, and Rage? Also, now that we have Morrowind here, perhaps Oblivion will come in the next Bethesda drop. Most companies coming to GOG seem to add their oldest titles first and then move forward in time, which keeps in line with the original spirit of GOG being "Good Old Games" even though they're really more like Good Ossum Games now. :)
