Is it possible to get it working in Windows 10, seeing as the steam release is pretty much abandoned at this point?

I try play flatout1 and when i hit play button then want log in as administrator, when i hit start as admininstrator then nothing happend.. :( PLease help
I see paul.dll in the directory, meaning it uses some kind of disabled securom, which is probably the cause. GOG, fix it!
+1 :-(
so, GOG selling only DRM-free games could be a... *puts on sunglasses* flat-out lie !?

anyway, found a way :

www . gamecopyworld . com / games / pc_flatout . shtml
(cant post links)

search for 'STEAM Version'

you'll find 'FlatOut v1.1 [MULTI5] Fixed Files 16-11-2013 DeZoMoR4iN'
click on the disk, click on a mirror, wait 5s for an ad...
you get dzmr-flatoutv11.7z (a 7-zip file) that contains flatout.exe
extract in your flatout dir (C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG.com\FlatOut or C:\GOG Games\FlatOut)

voilà.
have fun !

Oh the irony. So you have to crack a "DRM-Free" game then.
Aha, yes, I have the same problem. I can no longer play it.

Will GOG fix this issue?
After doing some digging:
http://www.gog.com/forum/general_archive/gog_uses_crack_to_remove_flatouts_protection/page1
The game's been using a cracked exe the entire time. Aka cracked drm that's probably not completely removed.

Yes, the GOG version is fixed now :)
Thanks, I guess.

The installer was updated, but I actually had an incoming trojan blocked coming from the new flatout.exe file. Something didn't go quite right apparently.
Same here, malware detected. I made a separate thread about it, but for things like this the more people that see it before they try to install it the better. I don't know if it's a real issue or not just yet until GOG can clarify but here's a screenshot from my AV.

Seems like the Force is weak with Aviras' Luke Filewalker.
