Why is not any more the fallout_soundtrack_2 file on download page ? I miss it.

What do you mean? There is a Fallout 2 soundtrack that you can download. Was there more than one?

He means Fallout 1. There were two - original and in-game soundtrack. Apparently there is only in-game one to download.

Ah.
I checked my Fallout directory and yes there is an officially released soundtrack there.
As you said it is gone from the download section.

The tracklist is in the image below.

I seem to recall a thread about this. Something about Betsheda taking it down, or maybe that was another soundtrack?
