so normally i wanted to get the game from gog.com but decided to get the retail version from the USA, then it's uncut definitely and i could get it for around 10 bucks including shipping. + gog.com raised the price, pretty greedy

You definately can patch it, so it works on Windows 7 64 bit.

Although I purchased the gog version myself, I'm playing it with the retail version myself on the same OS.
