Has someone got any mod manager or manual instructions to get mods (from nexus for example) to work with a win7 offline install?
Both the Nexusmodmanager, 2 other modmanagers and vortex seem to require win10 or libraries that don't properly seem to work under win7.
I also already tried editing the ini files according to instruction found here.

I'm on Win7 and use Mod Organizer 2 which works perfectly. I use the one found at Nexus under Skyrim mods - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/6194 - which is compatible with the Fallout games. Hope this helps.
Thanks! I remember trying that manager. The MO 2 does not start, it gives me an error message right away...
But if it works for you, i will have to take a closer look at my windows or try some older mo2 versions.

Watch this for a manual instructions on Win7:

Thank you both!
The larger mod managers still do not work (i think it is, because of some .NET or visual c dependencies), but i use the small mod manager (also on nexusmods) now and it finally works! :)
