LiefLayer: I had tried it a while ago and as far as I'm concerned, no it's not worth it, particularly if you are concerned about disk space even a little bit.
There isn't a huge difference between the game with and without it and it weighs way too many GB.
SleezureTime: Any performance hit? I seem to recall that being an issue around the game's initial launch.
Not really. But VRAM-Usage is much higher (duh!).
If you run out of VRAM you should have framedops.
My GPUs had at least 11GB (now 24GB).
I have no experience with 6GB or 8GB-GPUs with Fallout 4.
These are just upscalled textures and are a little bit sharper than the vanilla-textures.
It's not worth the 60GB.
