Right now this is on an "it happens, wait until they reappear" basis.

It's been a couple weeks now. Two separate tickets. Apparently this issue is different for all accounts. I want a better answer from GOG than just "refresh your account," because that obviously doesn't work, according to others as well as myself. It's pretty frustrating.

You could try sending or another blue ([url=http://www.gog.com/forum/general/defcons_drm_is_still_active_support_doesnt_give_a_crap?staff=yes]Ciris, Destro) a message thru chat. Support was swamped with tickets due to Witcher 3 release and Summer sale but they should be catching up by now. And I tought they fixed this issue months ago. :-/
