As you know, in Fallout, there are different cursors accessed via right click. One of them is a simple pointer arrow, for item usage, door opening, pickups, etc.
But my friend, who runs Fallout on a mac, is unable to switch to that cursor. What do?

There are hotkeys to change the cursor (check the manual or reference card) and you can also click on the 'Skills' button on the HUD.
