.. than my natural strength made possible? I mean if i wear PA, i would be able to use i.e. MiniGun with natural ST5?

Yes, since Power Armor increases your strength.

Thanks. Question seemed obvious but i wasn't sure if PA will allow me to use heavier weapons or just make me stronger in melee combat and allow me to take more stuff. Thanks again.
