So it looks like GOG won't be selling the old Fallouts anymore beginning in January, according to this article.

Welp, time to finally buy FO2 and Tactics while their on sale (been waiting since May for another Fallout sale, back when I bought FO1 on GOG).
Too bad I missed the chance to get them for free... was wrapping up my quarter at school back when this happened. At least I'll have some sweet games to keep me busy this break and 3.99 isn't asking a whole lot either.
